Grace Miller handles business-based visas, including investor visas, TN professionals, and visas for intracompany transferees. Attorney Miller advises U.S. businesses on issues surrounding I-9 compliance, E-Verify, Social Security mismatch letters; additionally she handles family based immigrant visas and consulate processing matters.
Attorney Miller is a 2006 graduate of Pierce Law and holds undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Criminal Justice from Indiana University. As a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association she has been admitted to practice in the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
While in law school, Ms. Miller was granted an Albert Schweitzer Fellowship to revitalize Concord's Teen Court program, which is an alternative sentencing program for first time offenders; additionally, she worked with the NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and the Farmer's Legal Action Group.
Ms. Miller enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, who are always willing to try her new recipes, she particularly enjoys baking cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts. | |
