Autumn Misiolek Tertin, Attorney, joined GoffWilson in September 2014. Her practice focuses solely on US immigration law, both in the employment-based and family-based sectors. Ms. Tertin also handles I-9 audit and compliance matters, and is a frequent presenter to the human resources community.

A native of Michigan, Ms. Tertin is 2010 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy, summa cum laude. In 2013, she received her Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law as a Public Interest Scholar.  

Since 2005, Ms. Tertin has worked with a number of private firms preparing a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications. She has vast experience in PERM audits, supervised recruitment, and alien qualification requests for evidence.

Ms. Tertin is a member in good standing of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves as the New Hampshire U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Liaison for the New England Chapter. In addition, Ms. Tertin is actively involved with the National Association of Women Lawyers, for which she serves as the Immigration Law Practice Affinity Group Chair.

Coming from a family of Polish immigrants, Ms. Tertin enjoys studying Polish language and culture. She participated in Polish folkdance for 18 years through the Polish Women’s Alliance of America, and is still involved with the organization as a Recording Secretary for one of its local chapters. Ms. Tertin is also a Vice-President of the Polish American Congress of New Hampshire. In 2016, she had the opportunity to visit Poland during Polish Heritage Month and explore her ancestry.

In her free time, Ms. Tertin enjoys spending time with her son, husband, and pets.
